Meet your coach…
Chris Lomas, has over 20 years of experience coaching mindfulness. His journey began aged 7, when his parents hoped to calm his Christmas Eve excitement by introducing him to transcendental meditation.
Fascinated, Chris embarked on a lifelong mindfulness journey, picking up a Masters Degree in Psychology along the way.
He's trained in a wide range of practices, including Taoist, Buddhist, Hindu, and Tibetan-Buddhist schools, but this course is delivered in a completely non-religious manner.
Chris is a fully qualified, practising psychotherapist and is a Fellow of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
